lt89 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Play

Clause 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on lt89 and to use any part of the lt89 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant to lt89 that you are 21 years of age or older. lt89 may at any time request documentary proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age entitles lt89 to suspend or permanently close your account and retain any funds until the matter is resolved to lt89's satisfaction.

Clause 1.2

Geographic Eligibility

lt89 is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of lt89 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. lt89 does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. By using lt89 you confirm that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you and that you are not accessing lt89 in violation of any law.

Clause 1.3

Capacity and Authority

By registering with lt89 you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another party, and that all information you provide to lt89 during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Clause 2.1

One Account Per Player

Each player may maintain only one registered lt89 account at any one time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where lt89 identifies that a player holds more than one account, lt89 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and suspend or permanently ban the player from the platform. Bonus winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

Clause 2.2

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lt89 login credentials, including your registered Bangladesh mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lt89 support immediately. lt89 will never request your password through any channel.

Clause 2.3

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

lt89 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a request by lt89's compliance team. Required documentation may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed. lt89 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided.

Clause 3.1

Deposits

All deposits into your lt89 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. lt89 does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed in the lt89 cashier section. Deposits are credited to your lt89 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. lt89 reserves the right to reject any deposit where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity or a technical error has occurred.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. lt89 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. lt89 may delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your lt89 account settings.

Clause 3.3

Currency

All accounts on lt89 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. Deposits made via international cards may be subject to currency conversion by your card provider. lt89 is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

Clause 4.1

Welcome Bonus

The lt89 welcome bonus is available to new players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement and any game restrictions are displayed in the promotion terms at the time the offer is accepted. The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once per player or per device.

Clause 4.2

Ongoing Promotions

From time to time lt89 may offer reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion will have its own individual terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions. Players must read the individual promotion terms before accepting any offer. lt89 reserves the right to exclude any player from promotions at its discretion.

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the lt89 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated tools, or engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — constitutes bonus abuse. lt89 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Clause 5.1

Fraud and Money Laundering

You must not use lt89 in connection with any fraudulent scheme, for money laundering purposes, or to fund any unlawful activity. Any suspicious transaction patterns — including unusual deposit-withdrawal cycles, use of multiple payment methods inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or deposits immediately followed by maximum withdrawals with no meaningful gaming activity — will be investigated. lt89 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Clause 5.2

Collusion and Match Fixing

Any form of collusion between players, or any participation in match fixing or event manipulation in relation to any sport or market offered on lt89, is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing information about bets placed, agreeing with other players on outcomes, or using inside information to gain an unfair betting advantage. lt89 reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with match fixing or collusion and to permanently ban involved accounts.

Clause 5.3

Automated Software and Bots

The use of automated software, robots, scripts, or any other tool to access lt89 or to place bets in an automated manner is strictly prohibited. lt89 employs technical measures to detect automated behaviour and will suspend any account identified as using such tools. All bets placed by automated means will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

Clause 6.1

Suspension by lt89

lt89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; underage gambling; abuse of bonuses or promotions; or any other behaviour that lt89 determines to be harmful to the platform or its players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lt89 will endeavour to communicate the reason to the affected player where permitted by law.

Clause 6.2

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your lt89 account at any time by contacting lt89 customer support. Upon closure of an account any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests related to responsible gaming concerns — such as gambling addiction or spending beyond your means — will be processed promptly and with priority. Players who close an account on responsible gaming grounds may request a permanent self-exclusion which lt89 will honour.
